
Why did I put this drawing up....becuase working after working hours is bad. This is good back in the old days as people who work late because they have to, but now because they need to. Few points I have.
1. Your Health....just imaging having your dinner at 9pm at night...or even worst...like mid night. I have been through that & i know how it feels. I had a few friend that go of early for gym sessions, and they look so good now.
2. Your Time....well those extra hours might be good to you, like going for date & trying not to be late, window shopping ( will help freeing your mind & release some pressure ) or even going home early to meet your parents which I think is great, you dunno when they will go, life really unpredictable .
3.Your Family....try think about someone waiting for you so that they could see you coming back early( parents.wife,kids & maybe your pets.) . I miss going home once & my fiancee fell asleep & the rest is history. Repairing releationship is hard....building back the trust is even harder.
